TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing or using ScorePit (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ScorePit ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Portugal. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScorePit. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

ScorePit uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google for authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create more than one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

ScorePit provides a score prediction platform where you can:

• Predict the exact scores of football matches before kickoff.
• Create and join private prediction leagues with invited participants.
• Earn points based on the accuracy of your predictions.
• View league leaderboards and compete with others.

ScorePit is a free-to-play, no-wagering prediction game. No real money is at stake. Points and rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes unless explicitly stated in a separate promotion.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to submit predictions or interact with the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Post or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable (e.g., in league names or usernames).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for violation of these rules, without notice and without liability to you.

You may submit content such as your display name, profile photo and league names ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant ScorePit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

All content, design, graphics, logos and software in the App (excluding User Content) are the property of ScorePit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Competition names, logos and match data are the property of their respective owners (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, Premier League). ScorePit uses this data under licence for informational and entertainment purposes only and claims no affiliation with or endorsement by these organisations.

We aim to keep ScorePit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.

Match data, fixtures and results are sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data and are not responsible for errors in match information that affect your predictions or points.

ScorePit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, virus-free or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScorePit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed €50 (fifty euros).

ScorePit is currently free to use with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and notify existing users in advance. Any such purchases will be processed through Apple's payment infrastructure and governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

ScorePit is distributed via the Apple App Store. To the extent required by Apple, the following applies:

• These Terms are between you and ScorePit only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, consumer protection or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You may stop using ScorePit and delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
